Remote Work
The New York Mets are operating on a hybrid working model, spending certain days on-site and others remote. Your required days in the office each week are determined by your department and/or gameday responsibilities.

Mets Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) serve as valuable forums for mentorship, networking, and the exchange of diverse perspectives across the organization. These groups not only foster inclusion and community but also offer cross-functional insights and resources that drive meaningful impact both within the organization and in its external relationships.
Mets employees have eight resource groups available to them including: She-Unit, Asian Impact Team, Military Veterans & Peers, Los Mets, Ya Gotta Have Pride, Mets Black Professionals, and All Four.
Mets Events
Our Mets Events team is responsible for all events hosted at Citi Field that are not Mets games. From some of the biggest names music has to offer performing in our summer concert lineup, to NYCFC matches and hundreds of others of events, there’s always something new from our Mets Events team.
